Ran Feng is a Chinese virtuoso concert pianist and music educator. She is currently located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, USA. Since Ran won the third place in the Tbilisi International Piano Competition for Young Pianists and the special award "Future Pianist" at the age of fifteen, Ran has launched her piano career. She has won numerous international awards and was once one of the 10 pianists invited to the prestigious Liszt International Piano Competition in Netherlands. Her solo performances have taken Ran to the world, including London, Milan, Florence, Paris, Boston, Spain, Guiyang, China, and North Texas area in USA. In 2016, Ran was invited to performance the Beethoven Piano Concerto No.4 with Manchester Camerata at the Chester Music Festival in England.
As an excellent interpreter of Liszt's works, Feng was invited by the Liszt Committee in Weimar, Germany, to give a solo concert on Liszt's piano in Liszt-Haus. Her performance is very poetic, passionate, and infectious. At the Weimar Masterclass and Festival, Feng had the crowd on their feet with the "Dance of Death" as the last performer. “Das Beste zum Schluss" (The Best for Last), criticized by the German newspaper Thuringian General.

Music Journey
In addition to piano performance, Ran is also involved chamber music. She has been invited to perform with other musicians at the Vredenburg Concert Hall in the Netherlands, Opera Comique in Paris, and Jaen Theater in Spain.
Prior to the pandemic, Ran organized the Recondite Armonie Summer Music Festival in Grosseto, Italy, with her friends, offering a different kind of piano-playing experience for many younger pianists. Ran also gave a recital and masterclass.
Ran has always been committed to good classical music education. Her students range from children to adults. In 2019, Ran was invited as a jurist at the Hailun Piano International Competition in Ningbo, China. In 2020, Ran joined the Beijing Ethos Music Foundation as the artistic consultant, in where she shares her performance and ideas via online platforms as well as organized some virtual music masterclass.

Education​ Backgroud
Ran Feng began playing the piano at the age of four, showing early signs of her musical prowess. Her dedication and talent led her to the Lyshenko School of Music for Gifted Children in Ukraine, where she was admitted at the age of fourteen.
Her quest for musical excellence continued as Ran Feng pursued advanced studies at the Piano Academy of Imola in Italy. There, she had the privilege of learning under the tutelage of distinguished pianists and pedagogues - Enrico Pace, Igor Roma, and Leonid Margarius. Ran Feng also expanded her educational journey by earning an International Artist Diploma from the Royal Northern College of Music in England.
In the fall of 2020, Ran Feng commenced her doctoral studies with Dr. Pamela Mia Paul at the University of North Texas. As a Teaching Fellow in the Keyboard Department, she contributed her expertise and passion for music to the academic community.
In 2022, Ran Feng reached a significant academic milestone by achieving ABD (All But Dissertation) status in her doctoral program.
